Job Description:
Accountant - Real Estate Very successful, boutique firm in
existence for decades has a new opportunity due to growth. Position
is responsible for the day to day accounting for a number of
Commercial/Business and multi family residential properties.
Smaller office, great family type culture. Responsibilities -
Accountant: The Accountant will prepare financial statements for
properties The Accountant will work heavily with bank and
commercial reconciliations The Accountant will work with both AP
and AR invoicing Assist Property Managers as needed on Accounting
related functions Requirements - Accountant: Real Estate/Property
Management Accounting experience RE software Ability to handle
multiple tasks
