search of a dedicated and detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join
our dynamic team in a manufacturing plant. This position offers a

impact on the company's success. Responsibilities: Manage all
aspects of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes,
ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Maintain and update the general
ledger, recording financial transactions and reconciling accounts.
Utilize ERP system for financial reporting, transaction processing,
and data management. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual
financial reports, providing detailed analyses and explanations of
all transactions. Collaborate with other departments to streamline
accounting procedures and refine financial reporting processes.
Ensure compliance with state and federal regulatory requirements
and professional standards. Assist in budget preparation and
expense management activities for assigned accounts. Respond to
accounting-related inquiries and issues from management in a timely
and accurate manner. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in
Accounting, Associate's Degree experience New Grads are welcome to
