experience is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join

Project Leadership: Manage multiple construction projects, ensuring
on-time and on-budget delivery with the highest quality standards.
Client Relations: Build and maintain strong client relationships
throughout the project lifecycle. Team Management: Lead and mentor
cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication and effective
collaboration. Budget & Schedule Management: Develop and manage
project budgets. Monitor costs and implement cost-control measures.
Maintain detailed project schedules to meet all milestones.
Contract Administration: Oversee contracts, subcontracts, and
change orders while ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
Problem-Solving & Quality Control: Proactively identify issues and
implement solutions. Monitor work progress for adherence to
specifications, safety, and industry standards. Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 10 years in commercial construction project
management. Leadership: Proven ability to lead and manage teams
effectively. Education: Degree in Construction Management, Civil
Engineering, or related field (preferred). Technical Skills:
Proficiency in construction project management software (e.g.,
Procore, Buildertrend). Communication & Problem-Solving: Excellent
written and verbal communication skills. Strong problem-solving
abilities to keep projects on track. Compensation & Benefits:
