Job Description:
A top client of mine is actively looking to add a Senior Project
Manager to their team. This firm is a fully-integrated design/build
company with an architecture staff in the double digits. All

Details My client is a nationally awarded design/build GC based out
of Milwaukee, Wisconsin. They have been building for over 40 years,
and in that time have carved a niche as a luxury commercial and
retail builder for repeat clients. They are truly involved from
beginning to end of projects, consulting on site selection and
seeing it through to client handover. At a glance: Financials:
$100M in annual revenue Project Type: High-end/luxury commercial
and retail Project Size: Avg. $5-$10M Project Location: Nationally
(very little travel for PMs/SPMs) Culture: Centered on
collaboration between PMs, Supers, and design team Description
Demonstrate proficiency in leading projects from sales,
preconstruction, permitting, design, construction, to closeout,
collaborating closely with in-house professionals. Effectively
manage all financial aspects of projects. Support the Business
Development team in client meetings and sales presentations.
Supervise junior team members in estimating and quantity take-offs.
Manage multiple projects primarily in a negotiated contract format,
focusing on repeat and referred customers. Possess excellent verbal
and written communication skills. Collaborate effectively with
in-house architects, interior designers, and real estate
professionals to deliver turn-key services. Serve as a team leader
within the organization. Profile Bachelors degree in
construction/engineering related field 10 years in the construction
industry Estimating abilities Client-facing abilities Excellent
written and verbal communication skills Knowledge of relevant

Competitive base salary of $120,000-$145,000 based on experience
