Service Representative! Are you passionate about problem-solving
and delivering exceptional service? Do you thrive in a fast-paced

difference? If so, we want YOU on our team! What You’ll Do: Be the
go-to expert for our internal agents, brokers, and leaders. Handle
inquiries about policies, underwriting, licensing, billing, and
compensation. Troubleshoot technology issues and guide users
through enrollment systems. Research and resolve issues on the
spot—your quick thinking matters! Manage 30–40 calls daily during
peak season, with an average handle time of 11 minutes. Why You’ll

positive customer experiences. Work with a supportive team that
values professionalism, empathy, and ownership. What We’re Looking
For: Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to
stay calm under pressure and adapt quickly. Basic computer
knowledge; help desk or call center experience is a plus. Bilingual
skills in Spanish? Even better! Qualifications: High school diploma
or GED (Associate degree preferred). 2 years in a contact center

of Chicago, IL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is
$19.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits
and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
