IL. Scheduling Coordinator - Service Department We are seeking
Service Business Development employees at McGrath Honda of Elgin to
join our team! With rapid growth of our service department there is
a need for a Scheduling Coordinator to help assist in scheduling
and managing customer's service appointments. Essential Duties :
(other duties may be assigned) Deliver high levels of customer
service Understanding of new software Track and evaluate progress
through reports Create and maintain customer account database Data
reporting and analysis of customer service history Maintaining high
volume of inbound customer traffic flow Professional follow up
Create service appointments both over the phone & in person
