-Title: Controls Engineer
-Full Time Direct Hire
-Location - hybrid work schedule out of office in Buffalo Grove, IL
- As most of our work is for custom orders, we get to use our creativity applying current technology on a regular basis.
- Each project cycle includes concepting, electrical design, software development, commissioning, and installation.
Background Requirements

• 
  
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  
• Love for digging deep into puzzles and a general curiosity for how things work.
  
• Research, reading, and following instructions
  
• Strong understanding of electrical theory
  
• A mind for software and binary logic
  
• Willing to travel 20% within the United States and internationally.
  
• Have current and continuing right to work in the United States without sponsorship.
  
  Job Responsibilities
  
  • 
    
  • Leading controls design process from beginning to on-site installation and end-user training.
    
  • Working on cross-functional teams through the entire development process.
    
  • Ensuring designed machines are shipped on-time and within budget.
    
  • Entire document package including end-user instructions.
    
  • Traveling to customer sites to oversee installation, train and troubleshooting.
