As they continue to expand their trading infrastructure, they're seeking a skilled .NET Engineer with trading platform experience to join their team and help shape their next generation of greenfield solutions.
They are looking for a Mid-Senior .NET Engineer who is passionate about building high-performance trading systems from the ground up. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience with C#, .NET Core 8, microservices, and modern CI/CD practices. A strong background in trading systems is required, along with a track record of contributing to greenfield projects.
Required Skills & Experience

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable microservices using C# and .NET Core 8.
  
• Contribute to the architecture and development of greenfield trading platform components.
  
• Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Git-based workflows.
  
• Integrate and manage MongoDB as part of a high-performance data layer.
  
• Collaborate with product managers, trading analysts, and QA to deliver robust, secure, and performant features.
  
• Ensure trading platform reliability, fault tolerance, and low-latency performance.
  
• Follow best practices in security, testing, and DevOps for production-grade software.
  
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of the engineering team.

    Daily Responsibilities
    
    • 
      
    • 5+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on C# and .NET Core (v8 preferred).
      
    • Strong experience in microservices design and implementation.
      
    • Proven experience building trading systems or working within the financial trading industry.
      
    • Solid understanding of MongoDB and NoSQL data modeling.
      
    • Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipeline development using Jenkins.
      
    • Experience with Git, REST APIs, and modern development tools.
      
    • Familiarity with multithreading, performance tuning, and fault-tolerant system design.
      
    • Prior involvement in greenfield projects from inception to deployment.
      
    • Experience with Kubernetes or Docker.
      
    • Background in financial compliance, market data feeds, or FIX protocol.
      
    • Knowledge of front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular) is a plus.
