Lead from Start to Finish - Manage estimates, budgets, schedules, and contract negotiations. Own Project Success - Ensure quality, cost efficiency, and safety while collaborating with engineers, contractors, and field teams. Optimize Operations - Coordinate manpower, equipment, and materials while ensuring compliance with labor agreements. What You Bring: 3-5 years of project management experience in construction, electrical, mechanical, or related fields. Strong leadership, budgeting, and contract negotiation skills. Ability to manage field teams and high-value projects effectively. A BS in engineering, construction management , or relevant industry experience preferred. Salary: $90,000 to $120,000 ZRCFS
