High-Mix, Low-Volume Precision Work Are you a skilled CNC Machinist
who thrives in a collaborative team environment and enjoys variety
in your day-to-day work? We’re looking for an experienced
professional to join a well-established team that values
communication, craftsmanship, and continuous improvement. What
You’ll Do: You’ll play a critical role in setting up and operating
CNC machines—including Mazak, DMG Mori, and HAAS lathes and
mills—on both low- and high-volume jobs. Most jobs range from 1 to
30 pieces, offering the perfect blend of variety and technical
challenge. Responsibilities include: Performing at least two setups
per job. Preparing tools, aligning with assigned grids, and
machining parts to meet high-quality standards. Taking the first
piece to inspection before continuing production. Supporting
teammates with setups, tool changes, offset adjustments, and
troubleshooting. Communicating effectively This is an opportunity
