Practice Details Schedule: M-F Outpatient Only Travel Position: Physicians will travel to various SNFs/Assisted living facilities in the greater Madison Area Primarily Geriatric work Mileage Reimbursement Full Ancillary Staff No Call, No weekends, No Nights Part Time or Full time option Experience a plus, but not required Excellent group with great reputation Compensation and Benefits Ballpark salary: $250k as W-2 (negotiable), higher with experience Additional incentive pay Full Benefits Package 1099 option PTO Annual CME allowance Community Excellent public and Private schools Low cost of living Minutes away from hiking, hunting, fishing Home of the Univ. of WI/ D1 Collegiate sports One hour from America's Waterpark: the Wisconsin Dells Requirements BE/BC FM or IM Active or ability to attain WI med license Able to start within 8 months
