Do Perform repairs and maintenance with efficiency and accuracy in
line with dealership and factory standards Diagnose and repair
mechanical and electrical issues Thrive in a busy, fast-paced shop
environment Communicate clearly with the parts department to secure
necessary components Document all work performed with accuracy
Attend factory-sponsored training and stay current with industry
advancements Follow all company safety policies and procedures What
We’re Looking For 2 years of professional automotive repair
experience (dealership experience a plus) ASE certification
preferred (or willingness to obtain) Strong problem-solving and
diagnostic skills Commitment to delivering exceptional customer
service Ability to work efficiently, stay organized, and manage
multiple tasks Basic computer skills for repair documentation and
