Hospice a part of HCR ManorCare that provides a range of services,
including skilled nursing care, assisted living, post-acute medical
and rehabilitation care, hospice care, home health care and
rehabilitation therapy, is currently searching for an experienced
RN to join our leadership team. This role will involve working
Monday-Friday weekdays. The Patient Care Manager is responsible for
the supervision, orientation, instruction and on-going evaluation
of all patient care staff who are engaged in the delivery of care.
The Patient Care Manager assures compliance with agency policies
and procedures, state and federal laws, regulations and

North Chicagoland, Illinois Educational Requirements Currently
licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in good standing with the State
Board in which he/she practices. Position Requirements Minimum of
one year experience in home health care, or hospice nursing
preferred, may be specified by state. Previous management or
supervisory experience preferred. Working knowledge of Home Care or
Hospice Conditions of Participation Job Specific Details: $5,000
