--- Formulate high quality market development, product
promotion, medical/patient education, and or project plans,
ensuring they are executed on time and on budget --- Utilizing
market research data and forecast models, recommend effective
marketing tactics aligned to brand strategy to achieve brand
objectives --- Develop and disseminate information about the
assigned product(s) from marketing to field sales. Serve as a key
contact for the sales force; proactively seeking input from the
sales force (and other relevant departments) on how various efforts
are working in the field, so that adjustments can be made as needed
--- Execute on the core positioning and messaging for the product
--- Recommend marketing communications strategies for the product
portfolio --- Participate in cross-functional teams for product
planning or brand improvements (e.g. new products, line extensions,
etc.) --- Work closely with sales training to ensure that
comprehensive educational efforts are put in place to ensure
effective utilization of marketing tools and programs in the field
--- Constantly review and analyze marketing results against plans
and budgets; recommending adjustments to senior management to help
assure brand performance is optimized --- Recommend to senior
management, product and or labeling improvements based on product
market performance, potential and competitive product knowledge ---
Gain Legal, Medical and Regulatory approval of marketing tactics
and materials --- Keep abreast of current industry trends and
competitor tactics, so that more effective decisions can be made
--- Maintain various customer and product market information ---
Perform various other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
--- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Word,
PowerPoint and Excel.
--- Knowledge of sales principles, methods and techniques.
--- Skill in effective communication, both orally and in

Education & Experience
--- Bachelors degree in marketing, business or related field (MBA a
