Coordinates the development and implementation of Global Account strategies and projects through the CFTThe experience we're looking to add to our team:

• Lead the execution of the customer requirements, and through that deliver the projected value to Flex and its customers
• Knowledge in Injection Molding under medical manufacturing environment ISO13485
• Initiatives of the company, to maintain business relationship and maximize customer satisfaction.
• Meet and deliver all commercial aspects of the account and with the support of a multifunctional Customer Focus Team (CFT)
• Coordinate the delivery of products and services, aligned to the expectation of the client for current and new product implementations.
• Ensure compliance to contract and/or customer specific requirements/Statement of Work (SOW) and responsible to document additional agreements not included in the contract
• Develop and maintain business relationship; Maximize customer satisfaction
• Manage the relationship with the customer through monthly or quarterly reviews communicate deliveries, open commitments, or overall progress of the account
• Approves changes to standard costs and updates sales price at least every quarter. Claims raw materials revaluation to customer when applicable
• Coordinate problem solving, and escalates challenges encountered on the program that affect the P&L for the organization to meet financial commitments, accountable for the financial performance of the account and address any gaps to assure quote alignment
• Participate on continuous improvement projects to increase profitability and reduce customer complaints. (Operations & Materials)
• Coordinates with the CFT the introduction of new products through FPLC methodology and accountable to track project completion on time
• Facilitate the product launching and make it known to the customers (internals and externals)
• Evaluate product reviews given by customers
• Negotiate with customers and suppliers to meet company and customer expectations
• Oversee project cost estimates including the resources, capital, and other requirements to make the project successful
• Offer the best solution that will cater the needs of the customer while making sure that the company will be productive in the process
• Coordinate with customers regarding new product specifications and features
• Establish and communicate Business Unit objectives and assignments.
• Define and execute operational programs in line with strategic plans and annual operating objectives
• Meet with Executive Leadership at least monthly to review and evaluate KOI's
• Partner with other leaders to establish strategic plans and objectives
• Direct and control the activities of leaders in purchasing, production control, planning, manufacturing engineering, test engineering, maintenance, and logistics
• Coordinated the end-to-end operations of the department and has discretion over an operations budget
• In charge of customer -s satisfaction reviews and corrective actions
• Maintain current and develop additional business with customers
• Be the key channel of communication for customers and act as escalation in the event of customer issues
• Establishes work plan and staffing for each phase of program and arranges for recruitment or assignment of personnelHere is some of what you will need (required):
  • Bachelor -s Degree on a related field
  • Knowledge in Injection Molding under medical manufacturing environment ISO13485
  • 8 - 10 years of experience in Program/Project Management in a Manufacturing company
  • Microsoft Project
  • Creates the Forecast Demand Format and coordinates with finance the creation of Forecast Outlook(FOL) for its organization
  • Advanced operations, technical, process skills as well as customer (external and internal) relationship
  • Knowledge of functional technologies/ processes, industries, or functions
  • Demonstrates detailed expertise in very complex functional/ technical
  • Understands the strategic impact of the function across sites
  • Financial experience managing KPI's and P&L, cost analysis and quotation
  • Effective communication, negotiation, and leadership skills (managing direct reports)
  • Strong customer facing experienceHere are a few of our preferred experiences---
    • Previous experience on Plastics/Mechanical/ Medical manufacturing roles
    • 5+ years of experience as PM
    • MBA / PMP
    • Strong interpersonal skills
