Position Title: Project Manager Strategy
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, 40 Hours/ Week
Summary of Duties: Overall responsibility for the success of projects. Contribute to the overall order entry and revenue targets. Functional leadership of the consulting project team. Work directly with top management/executive board. Work on complex and international projects with the highest relevance for strategy development and implementation as well as corporate development. Responsible for the management of internal and external stakeholders. Lead team members in their professional development and support their personal growth. Actively drive business development in Client Service Teams. Think ahead and continue to develop consulting offering as practice. Approximately 80% domestic and international travel required. Telecommuting permitted.
Qualifications: The position requires a Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field and four years of experience in the job offered or as a Consultant, Assistant Manager, or a related occupation.
The position requires two years of experience with the following skills: Demonstrated outstanding performance as an External Strategy Consultant; Consulting and Industry know-how; Experience in leading and developing project teams and individual team members; and Extensive International work experience. Position requires one year of experience working as a Project Manager.
