professional lives. Position Summary: As a Manager within our
Commercial Operations team, you will play a critical role in
developing and administering creatively designed incentive
compensation plans and contests for our field teams. You will
provide accurate and in-depth compensation analyses to
cross-functional leadership teams, lead initiatives to ensure
motivational IC/bonus plans for the sales force and matrix partners
teams, and will serve as an integral part of the extended
commercial team. Using your highly developed analytical skills and
leveraging your expert-level knowledge of Excel to manipulate large
data sets, you will work cross-functionally with internal and
external partners to design, implement and pay out quarterly
incentive programs specifically tailored to the unique nature of
each of our business units. Using your market knowledge and your
expertise, you will collaborate with the field and commercial
operations leadership teams to design programs that drive results.
You will interact regularly with field leadership and will be
responsible to explain the strategies via formal or ad-hoc
presentations. In addition, you will also track and monitor the
success of each program, and modify initiatives, as required, to
ensure that strategies are met. Given our growth trajectory and the
rapid pace of change in the pharmaceutical industry, you will need
a strong sense of urgency and initiative in order to stay ahead of
the ever- changing market dynamics. Your personal responsibility
and self-sufficiency will be put to use as you drive for results
and make things happen quarter over quarter and watch as your plans
impact the company's bottom line. Responsibilities: Partner with
internal stakeholders and external vendors to design, model, and
execute field incentive and compensation plans that support the
field force objectives as determined by senior leadership Deliver
fact-based recommendations on ways to improve incentive
compensation strategies and increase overall field force success in
meeting business objectives Provide accurate and in-depth analyses
to cross-functional leadership teams and serve as an integral part
of the extended commercial team Collaborate with the Enterprise
Analytics team to meet data analysis needs in support of key
strategic field force initiatives and field incentive programs
Develop presentations for field leadership or appropriate audiences
Leverage expertise in working with large data sets Support
initiatives to drive field force effectiveness Support ad hoc
projects and tasks as needed Continually scan the external world to
keep abreast of changing incentive compensation trends
Qualifications and Skills Required: Bachelor's (BA/BS) required 6
years in incentive compensation, analytics, consulting and/or field
operations; minimum of 2 years of incentive compensation experience
Expertise working with large data sets and analytical software,
including Microsoft Office with strong analytical skills and
ability to interpret data to make confident recommendations; must
possess strong attention to detail Ability to work in highly
dynamic and fluid environments, and possess solid communication
skills (both written and verbal) High degree of independence,
exceptional work ethic, and a solid team player who possesses the
ability to interact and interface with all levels of management
