• Manage all aspects of the accounting department, including month-end closing, cash flow management, and financial reporting.
• Lead and supervise a team of accountants, ensuring accurate and timely completion of all accounting tasks.
• Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance with company and industry standards.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to provide valuable insights and recommendations to senior management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency in financial operations.
• Monitor and manage inventory and cost accounting activities to ensure accurate product costing and profitability analysis.
• Coordinate and oversee external audits and tax filings, ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, in the manufacturing industry.

  • Proficient in using accounting software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
