Job Description SummaryThe Manager, Philanthropic Boards and
Individual Giving is responsible for implementing and overseeing
all activities of the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab's philanthropic
boards as directed by the Chief Advancement Officer/President,
Keystone Board. The Manager will work with the Chairs of the Boards
and all Committees of the Boards to support the philanthropic and
outreach goals on behalf of the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab. The
Manager will work on development and execution of annual Board
goals, committee activities and logistical support for board and
committee meetings. Additionally, the Manager will also support the
Advancement team in managing a portfolio of mid-level donors
($1-10K level) with a focus on stewarding, retaining and deepening
their affinity and desire to support Shirley Ryan AbilityLab.The
Manager, Philanthropic Boards and Individual Giving will
consistently demonstrate support of the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab
statement of Vision, Mission and Core Values by striving for
excellence, contributing to the team efforts and showing respect
and compassion for patients and their families, fellow employees,
and all others with whom there is contact at or in the interest of
the institute.The Manager, Philanthropic Boards and Individual
