• Manage complex projects and multiple client engagements, overseeing junior team members.

• Build and mentor talent, providing training and feedback.Core Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Willingness to travel up to 80% weekly and work extended hours
  • Strong leadership, management, and communication skills
  • Experience in project management and healthcare operations (6-8 years)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Direct supervisory experience
  • US Work AuthorizationPreferred Experience:
    • Hospital operations or consulting experience in cost management, workforce, or supply chain
    • Experience in post-acute care settings or clinical leadership rolesThe estimated base salary range is $132,000 - $165,000, with total compensation including incentives estimated at $151,800 - $206,250.
