seeking a dynamic and proactive Practice Services Manager to
support the continued growth and operational excellence of the
People Analytics Practice Group. This role blends administrative
oversight with strategic execution, offering a unique opportunity
to shape and elevate how our team functions and scales.The Practice
Services Manager will work closely with practice leadership to
drive initiatives across marketing, business development, billing,
and day-to-day team operations. A core focus of this role is
implementing effective change management strategies under an
evolving landscape that enhances team efficiency, supports
expansion, and promotes a high-functioning, collaborative
environment.While the role includes foundational administrative
responsibilities, we are looking for a professional who can drive
and support key strategic responsibilities. This is an ideal

ownership of team success from the inside out.THE DAY-TO-DAY:On any
given day, you may be working both independently and in
coordination with the leaders of the People Analytics team along
with other team professionals to carry out a variety of projects.
As the Practice Services Manager, you will: Drive the strategic
planning efforts of the People Analytics team, including the
process of identifying goals and aligning overall priorities
Lead marketing related tasks such as maintaining summary of team
qualifications, develop marketing related materials
Develop responses to discrete RFPs, prepare budgets and proposals
for desired services
Develop ad hoc pricing for custom projects
Maintain and analyze metrics and reports on team performance and
make recommendations based on that analysis
Analyze profitability reports and identify trends for future budget
estimates
Work closely with the marketing and business development department
to address requests for proposals, manage website content, keep
marketing content up to date, and other marketing, PR, and business
development activities
Create slide decks and materials for team presentations at client
meetings, conferences and speeches
Coordinate team participation in conferences, including preparation
of conference budgets, and payment of conference fees
Communicate directly with clients regarding billing and accounts
receivable
Support the generation of accurate client bills
YOU HAVE:A minimum 5 year experience in marketing, practice
development, billing or related field, preferably in the legal
environment
Experience in client billing or collections, preferably in a legal
environment
Experience developing budget estimates or proposals for
services
Exceptional focus on gaining efficiencies while improving
services
Excellent Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills
Ability to work independently while in a team environment
Excellent organizational and project management skills
Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and meet multiple deadlines
in a fast-paced team environment

salary range for this role is $125,000 to $130,000 annually. This
range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in Chicago. This
is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would
pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employee's pay
within the salary range will be based on numerous factors
including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications,
experience, skills, and business or organizational needs. This job
is also eligible for an annual merit increase and bonus pay.We
offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off,
medical/dental/vision insurance, and 401(k).
