Are you an experienced regulatory professional ready to drive compliance and innovation in the fast-evolving nutraceutical and ingredient manufacturing space?
LHH is partnering with a growing manufacturer to identify a Regulatory & Compliance Manager with a strong legal and regulatory background. This hybrid position plays a pivotal role in supporting commercialization and R&D efforts, ensuring compliance with U.S. and global regulatory frameworks during the company's strategic pivot from food to dietary supplements.

  Key Responsibilities
  
  • 
    
  • Oversee regulatory affairs and compliance operations across manufacturing and R&D
    
  • Ensure alignment with CFR parts 111 and 117, FSMA, FSVP, and export regulations
    
  • Guide documentation for supplier approvals, certifications, and product commercialization
    
  • Lead interactions with regulatory bodies and manage relevant filings
    
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with compliance, QA, and product development teams
    
  • Support facility certifications and quality assurance best practices
    
    Qualifications
    
    • 
      
    • Bachelor's degree in Regulatory Affairs, Life Sciences, Food Science, or related field
      
    • Hands-on experience in ingredient or dietary supplement manufacturing
      
    • Strong understanding of U.S. regulatory frameworks (CFR, FSMA, FSVP)
      
    • Experience with international export documentation and compliance standards
      
    • Regulatory certifications (RAC, PCQI, HACCP, ASQ) highly preferred
      
    • Legal or compliance experience is prioritized over food technical knowledge
      
      Schedule & Travel
      
      • 
        
      • Core hours: 8 AM-5 PM (flexible; manager starts early)
        
      • Travel up to 25% to facilities in Illinois and Wisconsin
        
      • Casual, team-focused environment with approximately 70 employees across sites
        
        Role Impact
        You'll be a strategic contributor to the company's long-term compliance roadmap. As the organization transitions from traditional food production into the nutraceutical space, your expertise will help shape policy, product readiness, and audit preparedness across domestic and international markets.
        Pay Details: $80,000.00 to $110,000.00 per year
