change. Job Description The Senior Consultant Relations
professional will play a pivotal role in driving institutional
asset growth by cultivating and managing relationships with key
investment consultants. This individual will serve as a strategic
partner to both internal stakeholders and external consultants,
promoting the firm’s investment capabilities across traditional
asset classes. The role requires a deep understanding of the
institutional marketplace, strong commercial acumen, and a proven
track record of influencing consultant recommendations and driving
new business. Responsibilities: Strategic Relationship Management:
Develop, enhance, and maintain relationships with global, national,
and regional investment consultants. Serve as the primary point of
contact for assigned consultant relationships, ensuring consistent
and proactive engagement. Business Development: Identify and pursue
new business opportunities by leveraging consultant relationships.
Drive AUM growth by elevating the firm’s brand and securing product
approvals and positive ratings. Consultant Engagement: Lead and
coordinate consultant meetings, performance reviews, and due
diligence sessions. Defend underperforming strategies with
transparency and confidence. Internal Collaboration: Partner with
investment, distribution, product, marketing, and compliance teams
to deliver high-quality consultant-facing materials and ensure
alignment on messaging and strategy. Market Intelligence: Monitor
industry trends, competitor positioning, and consultant activity to
inform business development strategies and product positioning.
Thought Leadership: Contribute to the creation and distribution of
thought leadership content, including white papers, case studies,
and event sponsorships. Data & CRM Management: Maintain accurate
records of consultant interactions, ratings, and opportunities in
CRM systems. Analyze consultant databases to identify trends and
opportunities. Qualifications Key Selection Criteria: Bachelor’s
degree required; advanced degree or CFA preferred. Minimum 10 years
of experience in institutional asset management, consultant
relations, or institutional sales. Established relationships with
key investment consultants and a strong reputation in the
institutional marketplace. Deep knowledge of investment products
(fixed income, equities) and the consultant landscape. Exceptional
communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Demonstrated
ability to work collaboratively across functions and lead
cross-functional initiatives. Strong analytical skills and
commercial mindset. Proficiency in CRM/database tools (e.g.,
Salesforce, eVestment) and Microsoft Office Suite.

Additional Information $160,000 to $200,000 The starting salary
offer will vary based on multiple factors, including but not
limited to the applicant’s education, job-related experience,
skills, and abilities, geographic location, and market factors.
This position is also eligible to participate in the company’s
annual discretionary bonus plan. Full time employees may be
