      Your Role as an LPN:As a Licensed Practical Nurse at Franciscan Villa, you'll be at the forefront of delivering exceptional care and making a meaningful difference. Key responsibilities include:

      • Providing safe, therapeutic resident care from admission to discharge.
        
      • Collaborating with physicians, families, and multidisciplinary team members.
        
      • Utilizing the nursing process to restore and maintain residents' mental and physical health.
        
      • Serving as a compassionate caregiver, clinical role model, and resource for staff.
        
        Qualifications We're Looking For:
        
        • 
          
        • Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Wisconsin.
          
        • CPR certification (required).
          
        • Experience in long-term care (preferred).
