Job Description:

Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel RN - Medical-Surgical - 4SW Shift: Nights / 7p-7:30a, 12x3, 36hrs per week, holiday rotation and every other weekends Length: 13 weeks Requirements:

• WI RN License
• 2 years of MS experience required
• Experience must be short term acute care hospital experience
• BLS
• NIHSS
• Epic charting experience required within the last 12 month
• At least 1 travel contract completed preferred Other details:
  • Float required
  • Unit Information (Bed size, Case type, Patient ratio): 4SW Med/Surg; Ratios: 1:6; 1:7 after 2300
