Job Description Talent4Health is seeking a travel nurse RN ED - Emergency Department for a travel nursing job in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: ED - Emergency Department - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 07/21/2025 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel - General Information - Beds: 35 beds; 6 fast track rooms - of patients seen per day: 168 - Experience? 2 years ED experience – needs to be in a fast paced facility - First-time traveler? Upon Review – with strong experience - Patient Types: - Neonate to Geriatrics - all ED diagnoses seen - Heavy Mental Health population - Invasive Neuro, STEMI requiring Cath Lab – stabilized and shipped out to St. Luke’s - Trauma, include but not limited to: GSW, Stabbings, Falls, MVC - Patient Ratios: - Day & Night – 1:4 (acuity based) - Fast Track - 1:6 - Required Certifications: - BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, TNCC - Skills required - 3 years of ED experience in fast paced ED - Cardiac rhythm interpretation, IV skills, basic knowledge of critical care drips and med administration, NIHSS experience – cannot obtain prior to start, TPA administration, blood administration, procedural sedation, code blue experience - Triage experience (strongly preferred) Must Have/n2 years experience/n/n12 hour 3rd shift 1900-0730; no on-call required.
