Job Description Job Title: RN Med/Surg Tele Location:Madison, WI Schedule: 3x12 Hrs Shift: Nights Pay Range: $2500 - $2616 gross weekly Key Responsibilities: - Deliver high-quality, evidence-based inpatient care for Med Surg/Tele patients. - Utilize critical thinking and telemetry skills to assess patients and respond to complications. - Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including nursing assistants, care coordinators, therapists, and medical staff. - Serve as a mentor, preceptor, and role model for peers and students. - Participate in shared governance and quality improvement initiatives. Education and Certifications: - 2 years of recent (within last 3 years) acute care RN experience in Med Surg/Telemetry - Active WI RN license or compact RN license - BLS Certification through the American Heart Association - Must have Basic Arrhythmia and Telemetry experience – Telemetry test required prior to start Interested?
