Description: Provide surgical assistance to medical staff during
procedures. Prepare and maintain the sterile field for surgeries.
Assist with the positioning of patients and the handling of
surgical instruments. Monitor the patient's condition during the
operation. Ensure all surgical equipment is functional and ready
for use. Collaborate with the surgical team to maintain efficiency
and safety in the operating room. Adhere to all safety and
infection control policies and procedures. Participate in ongoing
education and training as required.
