registered nurse experienced in operating room care, located in
Elgin, IL. This contract position offers a dynamic work schedule
focused on providing exceptional perioperative nursing services in
a busy surgical environment. Key Responsibilities: Prepare
operating rooms by setting up surgical equipment and ensuring
sterility. Assist surgeons and surgical teams during procedures by
anticipating needs and handling instruments. Monitor patient status
before, during, and after surgery to promote safety and comfort.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize surgical
outcomes. Maintain accurate patient records and comply with
hospital protocols. Qualifications and Desired Experience: Current
RN licensure with experience in operating room nursing. Proficiency
in surgical aseptic technique and intraoperative patient care.
Ability to work effectively under pressure during surgical
procedures. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Willingness
to be on-call with rotating coverage including weekdays, weekends,
and holidays. Schedule & Hours: Dayshift: 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM,
Monday through Friday On-call responsibilities with rotating
schedules including weekdays, weekends, and holidays Location:
