specializing in the Operating Room with a focus on ophthalmology
and robotic-assisted general surgery. This contract opportunity is
based in Elgin, IL, offering a 40-hour workweek Monday through
Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM with an on-call weekend rotation.
Experienced RNs with proficiency in Epic, and a minimum of 2 years
in related surgical settings, including familiarity with DaVinci
Robotics, will find this role rewarding and engaging. Location

balance. Key Responsibilities: Deliver exceptional perioperative
nursing care in the Operating Room environment. Utilize expertise
in ophthalmology and DaVinci robotic surgery to support surgical
teams. Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure
patient safety and optimal outcomes. Maintain compliance with
hospital protocols and licensing requirements. Qualifications &
Desired Experience: Valid Illinois RN license. Minimum 2 years of
professional experience, including at least one travel contract.
Proficiency with Epic electronic medical records. Experience with
ophthalmology procedures and DaVinci robotic-assisted surgery.
Current BLS certification. Ability to respond to on-call duties
within 30 minutes of the hospital. Schedule & Hours: 40 hours per
week, Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM 5:30 PM. On-call weekend rotation
as required. This contract assignment is approximately 8 weeks in
length, offering a unique chance to expand your expertise with an
