dynamic Executive Director to take on a pivotal role in shaping

patient-centered organization. The successful candidate will drive
meaningful impact, lead cross-functional teams, and ensure that

forefront of service delivery. Responsibilities: Organize and
direct the agency’s ongoing operational functions, including
strategic planning, budgeting, and organizational development.
Ensure the delivery of interdisciplinary care while maintaining the
highest ethical business and clinical standards. Direct, supervise,
and support staff in areas such as admission, discharge, patient
services, and overall care coordination. Employ, educate, and
evaluate personnel to guarantee quality staff orientation, ongoing
training, and competency. Ensure appropriate staff supervision at
all times and provide necessary support services. Maintain thorough
knowledge of community service systems and ensure approved services
are provided. Implement and oversee compliance with federal, state,
and local regulations, as well as internal company policies.
Resolve conflicts and complaints, manage performance improvement
plans, and monitor financial stability through budgeting and
accounting systems. Must-Have Skills: Licensed physician, RN,
licensed social worker, licensed therapist, or licensed nursing
home administrator with a minimum of one year management or
supervisory experience in a health-related setting (or high school
diploma/equivalent with two years’ experience in health-related
management roles). Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in
hospice or health care operations and sales management. At least 3
years of progressive operational management experience in health
care, with hospice experience preferred. Demonstrated ability to
direct and supervise management personnel across a variety of care
settings. Comprehensive understanding of health care business
processes, systems, and regulatory requirements (including Medicare
Hospice Benefit). Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and
presentation skills with a strong executive presence. Nice-to-Have
Skills: Experience with EMR/Customer Relationship Management
software. Knowledge of evolving organizational change processes and
standardization practices in health care. Expertise in conflict and
complaint resolution at both staff and patient/family levels.
Current state driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof
of current auto liability insurance. Knowledge of the Texas health
care regulatory environment and hospice billing practices.
