Job Description Job Description We are seeking an RN or LPN to
join our Senior Care Facility in the Madison, WI area. We are a
servant-minded organization that has served Wisconsin communities
for 30 years. Status: Full-Time Hourly Wage: Starting at $50/hr
Hours: Weekday day-time hours with phone triage duties when
scheduled JOB DUTIES SUMMARY: Lead the planning and delivery of
individualized care to support the health and well-being of our
residents Prepare and update care plans for each resident,
proactively communicating status changes to physicians, family, and
care team partners Provide oversight for medication-related
processes QUALIFICATIONS: 3 Years Experience Nursing License - RN
or LPN Demonstrated clinical nursing competence Ability to
communicate clearly and collaborate effectively Leadership aptitude
