Job Description:

Therapist Assistant, you will work under the guidance of licensed
physical therapists to implement treatment plans designed for
patients' recovery. Our facility leverages advanced rehabilitation
technology and personalized care to enhance patient mobility and
quality of life. Working with a team of skilled professionals, you
will play a crucial role in patient recovery and rehabilitation.
Implementing patient-specific physical therapy interventions under
the supervision of a physical therapist. Documenting patient
responses to treatments and reporting outcomes to the supervising
therapist. Assisting patients in using necessary devices and
exercise equipment. Maintaining a clean and organized treatment
area. Educating patients and their families about treatment plans
and maintenance exercises. Participating in interdisciplinary team
meetings to provide insights into patient care plans. Proficiency
in implementing physical therapy modalities and exercises as
directed by a physical therapist. Strong communication and
interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients,
families, and other healthcare team members. Ability to handle
physical demands of the position, including lifting patients or
equipment as necessary. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance 401k Current Physical Therapist Assistant license in the
state of employment. CPR certified.
