We are seeking an experienced Emergency Medicine Physician to take
on a Medical Director role near Port Washington, Wisconsin. This is
an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional to lead and

Responsibilities: Leadership and Collaboration: Work closely with
emergency department leadership and hospital administration to
align departmental goals with the overall mission of the facility.
Foster a collaborative and supportive environment for all staff
members. Policy Development and Implementation: Develop, implement,
and maintain departmental policies and protocols. Ensure all
providers adhere to established policies and procedures to maintain
high standards of patient care and safety. Staff Coordination:
Oversee the scheduling and staffing of physicians to ensure
adequate coverage and efficient operation of the emergency
department. Coordinate the hiring and onboarding of new physicians
as needed. Quality Assurance and Improvement: Lead initiatives to
improve the quality of care, patient outcomes, and overall patient
experience. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators and
implement strategies for continuous improvement. Patient Experience
and Flow: Monitor and enhance patient flow and experience in the
emergency department. Implement strategies to reduce wait times and
improve patient satisfaction. Requirements: Qualifications: MD or
DO with board certification in Emergency Medicine. Active medical
license in the state of Wisconsin. Experience: Significant
experience in Emergency Medicine, with a demonstrated ability to
lead and manage clinical teams. Previous leadership or
administrative experience in an emergency department setting is
