Job Description Saint Mary of Nazareth Hospital in Chicago, IL , is seeking a dedicated and skilled Orthopedic Surgeon to join our team! This is a full-time opportunity to provide high-quality orthopedic care in a well-established, community-focused hospital with access to advanced surgical technologies and collaborative clinical support. Saint Mary of Nazareth Hospital offers a comprehensive array of services, including primary care, cancer treatment, behavioral health, orthopedics and rehabilitation, cardiology, imaging, midwifery and obstetrics, emergency services, surgeries, and much more. Position Details Will be employed by Prime Healthcare Illinois Medical Group Full time| Dayshift schedule Diagnose and treat injuries or disorders of the musculoskeletal system Perform surgical and non-surgical procedures Collaborate with hospital staff and specialists to provide comprehensive patient care Participate in on-call coverage as required Maintain accurate and timely documentation Qualifications MD or DO degree from an accredited program Board-certified or board-eligible in Orthopedic Surgery Licensed or eligible for medical licensure in the state of Illinois Excellent clinical, surgical, and interpersonal skills Compensation and Benefits Competitive compensation Productivity bonus Health Insurance: self-funded EPO (HMO) no cost for the provider Retirement: 401k CME Allowance Malpractice insurance with tail coverage Prime Healthcare Illinois Medical Group offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package that provides employees the flexibility to tailor benefits according to their individual needs. A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $650,000 -$ 750,000 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
