in Indianapolis is adding Internal Medicine physicians to its team
in South Bend, just 90 minutes from Chicago. This is your

populations. Overview Join a team-based collaborative care model
with three primary care physicians, a pediatrician, behavioral
health providers, a dentist, and two nurse practitioners 100%
outpatient clinic with flexible schedule – 4-day work week optional
NO weekends, NO evenings, off on major holidays, and generous PTO
Attractive salary guarantee in addition to $120k in signing
bonuses, quarterly incentives, renewal, and retention bonuses Paid
malpractice with 100% tail insurance covered through the Federal
Torts Claims Act (FTCA) $100,000 loan repayment from the employer,
plus eligibility for the National Health Service Corps (NHSC)
