Job Description Job Title: BCBA Therapist (10 Openings) Location: Remote Base Salary: $85,000 – $95,000 About the Role We are hiring BCBA Therapists for pediatric therapy services supporting children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and developmental delays. Services are delivered through home-based, clinic-based, and Telehealth models . Flexible work options available, including: 4/10 work schedule 1-day work-from-home option 100% remote (Telehealth BCBA roles available) Required Qualifications Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification or Master’s degree with ABA coursework Strong knowledge of ABA and DTT methodologies Valid driver’s license with reliable, insured transportation Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Strong time management and organizational abilities Proficiency in English (written and verbal); additional languages are a plus Ability to manage schedules and adapt to changing client needs Bilingual/multilingual candidates may qualify for higher compensation Key Responsibilities Develop and implement individualized treatment and behavior support plans Create new programs and continuously optimize existing treatment plans Collaborate with families, clinical teams, and support networks on case progress Train, supervise, and mentor therapists and clinical staff Communicate with funding sources regarding reports, authorizations, and progress updates Manage a caseload of billable hours along with supervisory responsibilities Benefits & Perks Competitive salary with strong insurance and retirement benefits Performance-based bonuses (up to $8,000 annually) Career growth opportunities within Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Professional development and training support Flexible work schedule promoting work-life balance Opportunities to contribute to research and present at conferences Mileage reimbursement
