Registered Nurse (RN) | Ambulatory Care Location: Menomonee Falls, WI Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,406 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 4/13/2026 About the Position Job Title: Staff RN - Ambulatory Clinics Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Ambulatory Clinic Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 1st Hours per Shift: 8 Experience: Minimum of 1 year of relevant nursing experience preferred License: Requires current state Registered Nurse License or a Multistate Nursing License from a participating state in the Nurse Licensure Compact. Certifications: American Heart Association Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider (BLS) or an AHA approved equivalent required. Must-Have: Clinical experience and/or interest in the care and management of patient populations specific to the area of employment. Description: The Staff RN in Ambulatory Clinics works collaboratively as an active member of the interprofessional team. They provide therapeutic patient and family-centered care. The Staff RN systematically and continuously collects and assesses data related to patient health status. They develop, execute, and evaluate the plan of care. The Staff RN utilizes evidence to drive clinical decisions and practice related to individual and population health. They establish goals and strategies for meeting care coordination needs across settings. This includes working with the patient, family, and/or other care providers. The Staff RN considers factors related to safety, effectiveness, and fiscal accountability in planning and delivering care. They delegate and supervise care in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act. Participation in continuous quality improvement initiatives is expected. The Staff RN assumes responsibility for their professional development. Major accountabilities of this role include: - Patient care coordination - Direct patient care - Patient education - Telephone triage/eVisits - Performing and assisting with in-clinic minor procedures The role may require floating to other areas as needed for operations.
