Schedule / Call:

Start: 7/20/26
3 6 month assignment
Monday Friday, 8:00am 5:00pm (1 hr unpaid lunch)
No weekends or holidays
Full-time (20 shifts/month)

Assignment Details:

Hospital-based clinic (440 beds)
Heart Failure clinic outpatient only
Established HF patients
Procedures: outpatient diagnostics and disease management
Adult population
EMR: Epic

Requirements:

Cardiology / AGPCNP / AGACNP
DEA required
BLS & ACLS required
Minimum 2 years experience
