Willows Community, is hiring a Dining Services Manager to lead
daily dining operations in our senior living community. This is a
full-time, day-shift leadership role with competitive pay, strong

You’ll Do Lead all daily dining operations, including resident
meals, guest service, and special events Ensure compliance with
food service regulations and maintain survey readiness Hire, train,
coach, and develop dining team members in partnership with HR
Manage schedules, labor costs, payroll coordination, and
departmental budgets Oversee inventory, ordering, forecasting, and
vendor relationships Maintain POS systems, scheduling platforms,
and required reports Plan and execute menus, catering, and in-unit
functions Collaborate with the Registered Dietitian on nutrition
and dietary programs Conduct daily team huddles to review menus,
service standards, and safety Drive dining initiatives that improve
resident satisfaction and elevate the Peterson Meadows brand Foster
strong communication between front- and back-of-house teams
Required Qualifications Must be 21 years of age or older High
school diploma or equivalent (required) 3–5 years of food service
leadership experience in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality
Experience with catering, special events, and FOH/BOH operations
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related systems Valid
driver’s license Preferred Qualifications BASSET certification
