PPC Packaging is seeking a bilingual (Spanish/English) Payroll & Benefits Administrator to join their growing, dynamic Human Resources team. The Payroll & Benefits Administrator will be responsible for managing activities related to weekly and biweekly payrolls and administering benefits for employees at multiple sites. The ideal candidate will be energetic, eager to deliver customer-focused solutions to the business, and be fluent in Spanish. Primary duties for this role and requirements are as follows:

Complete payroll summaries for assigned sites, ensure proper processing of payroll deductions, and coordinate manual entries with corporate payroll personnel, including manual checks and retroactive pay.
Maintain employee records within the ADP system; review and process changes submitted through the system, including new hires, terminations, rate changes, and benefit enrollments.
Provide weekly labor reporting to Finance and Operations and payroll funding reports to the Plant Controller.
Support the hiring and onboarding processes by ensuring that background checks and drug screens are completed prior to date of hire and confirming new employees have correctly entered information into ADP, including E-Verify, I-9s, and benefits enrollments.
Monitor and track employees' work visa status and expiration dates.
Manage benefits administration, employee leaves (STD, LTD, FMLA) and Workers Compensation claims.
Follow payroll and HRIS policies and procedures, including all government regulations affecting payroll.
Coordinate with corporate Payroll for any government inquiries regarding payroll and benefits and when new state filings need to be added.
Provide support to the operations team with attendance tracking through ADP.
Perform all other duties, responsibilities, and special projects as assigned.

A high school diploma or equivalent and three-five years of related experience are required. An Associate's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
The ability to maintain confidential information and handle sensitive issues with discretion and good judgment is critical.
Must have outstanding organizational and time management skills, close attention to detail, and the ability to manage and prioritize multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team, along with excellent collaboration skills to establish and maintain effective partnerships across multiple business units and site locations.
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
Must have prior experience working with payroll systems, timekeeping software, and Microsoft Office programs including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Must be fluent in English and Spanish.
