Position Title: -Pilates Trainer - -Job Summary: - The Pilates Reformer Trainer works with clients one on one, buddy training, and -small group training. - This employee will deliver high quality training that meets the members' needs. - The employee must be willing and available to help fellow instructors when subs are needed.Education and Experience:1. - - - - - - High School diploma or GED equivalent.2. - - - -Maintain a current Pilates equipment certification.3. - - - -Minimum of two years teaching experience preferred.4. - - - -Maintain current CPR certification.Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:1. - - - - - - Ability to train and motivate clients on Pilates Reformers and other equipment.2. - - - - - - Work with supervisor and co workers to help grow clientele and Pilates program.3. - - - - - - Provide a high level of customer service to our members.4. - - - - - - Communicate effectively with co-workers and members.5. - - - - - - Must be punctual. - Begin and end all classes at their scheduled time.Physical Demands/Work Environment: - -Must be physically capable to train clientsHourly Wage: - -Dependent on experience.Powered by JazzHR
