  • Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 4_ years of Human Resources related experience (i.e., HR Generalist, Recruiting, etc.)
  • Previous experience with Paylocity or similar HRIS is preferred
  • Ability to influence at varying levels across the organization
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Self-motivated and able to work with little supervision, consistently take the initiative to get things done while having a strong attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to build strong and trusting relationships with employees and leaders at all levels; follow through on commitments; consultative and practice active listening
  • Focused on talent acquisition for assigned roles including assisting with management of the recruiting process including posting job openings, reviewing applicant qualifications, coordinating the interview process, facilitating the candidate selection discussion and presenting offer to candidate
  • Conduct new hire onboarding and partner closely with Talent Acquisition team on open positions
