As the Oracle Health Solution Consultant, you will:

--- Partner with healthcare clients and other stakeholders to ensure the effective use of their Oracle health's Cerner system
--- Collaborate with a team of consulting professionals to deliver technical solutions to our healthcare clients, ensuring alignment with their strategic goals and regulatory requirements
--- Provide insights on Oracle Health's Cerner system workflows, upgrades, system changes and ongoing maintenance while identifying opportunities for system optimization and enhancements
--- Facilitate meetings effectively and efficiently to stakeholders of all levels through the development of clear agendas and objectives, documenting notes and ensuring follow-ups are tracked and completed

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree required
• Experience in Oracle Health EHR Implementation including workflow assessments, system design, data collection (DCW), system configuration, testing and validation, third-party platform integration, training material preparation and Go-Live support and post Go-Live optimization
• Willingness and ability to travel weekly when necessary, however, at times you are required to provide high-level services remotely
• Authorization to work in the United States
• Candidates must comply with applicable client requirements, such as immunization and occupational health mandates
  
  Preferences:
  
  • Undergraduate Degree (e.g., BA, BS)
  • Previous consulting experience
    
    Preferred areas of expertise (at least 1 or more):
    
    Oracle Health Clarvia Solution Consultant:
    
    
    • Expertise in the Oracle Health Clarvia solution with extensive knowledge of patient care to workforce management workflows.
      
      Oracle Health Capacity Management Solution Consultant:
      
      
      • Proficient and experienced in the Capacity Management solution, with comprehensive knowledge in areas such as Bed Management, Patient Flow, EVS, Staff Scheduling, Transport Management and Resource Tracking.
      • Must have iBus configuration experience (including the CareAware platform) for both BMDI devices and Capacity Management.
        
        Oracle Health Surgery Supply Chain Solution Consultant:
        
        • Expertise in the Oracle Health SurgiNet Supply Chain solution,
        • with comprehensive knowledge in configuring and optimizing inventory management, supply usage tracking, and surgical case pricing within SurgiNet
        • Knowledge of the integration of SurgiNet with supply chain and materials management workflows
          
          Oracle Health Reporting Solution Consultant:
          
          • Reporting consultant with expertise in the design and development of custom Clinical and Revenue Cycle reports and dashboards using Discern reporting tools (Discern Explorer, Discern Visual Developer, EKM Rules, etc.)
          • Proficient in SQL and CCL programming, along with a strong understanding of the Millennium database tables and schemas, to perform data extracts and dynamic queries in the Millennium database
