a Department of War Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role
in shaping the future of IT solutions within the Federal
Government. This is more than a sales role—it's an opportunity to

Opportunity for Impact: In this strategic role, you will be
responsible for identifying and growing new accounts within the
Federal DoW sector. You’ll collaborate with top-tier engineers and
sales professionals to craft innovative IT solutions that meet the
evolving needs of our clients. Your ability to navigate the
complexities of the Federal Government contracting process will be
key to driving revenue growth and fostering long-term customer
relationships. What You Will Do: · Develop and implement
comprehensive account plans that ensure long-term success, client
satisfaction, and revenue growth. · Build deep relationships with
key decision-makers across the DoW and Federal Government, leading
to expanded customer bases and increased market penetration. ·
Partner with Paragon Micro's Engineers, Solution Architects, and
Global Account Managers to deliver customized technology solutions
that address client needs, including Network Solutions, Security &
Mobility, and Virtualization. · Manage account relationships with
senior-level engagements, crafting strategic sales plans, and
negotiating complex deals that ensure customer success and
profitability. · Stay ahead of industry trends to recommend
innovative products and services that help clients optimize their

are a motivated and results-oriented sales professional with a

clients and the business. Requirements: · 6 years of field-based
technology sales experience, with a focus on the Federal Government
or VAR experience. · In-depth understanding of Federal Government
contracting, and relationships within the Federal industry,
particularly DoW. · Existing client relationships willing to engage
in conversations to compete for their business. · Exceptional
verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage,
influence, and persuade prospects at various levels of an
organization. · High proficiency in cold calling and crafting
personalized messaging to initiate meaningful conversations that
showcase Paragon Micro’s solution capabilities. · Demonstrated
expertise in solution-based selling and consultative sales
approaches to address complex customer needs effectively. ·
Resilient, self-motivated, and goal-oriented with the ability to
thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. · Proven ability to
consistently exceed revenue and margin goals, successfully
identifying and closing new business opportunities while expanding
existing relationships. · Strong relationship-building skills, with
experience engaging key decision-makers and influencers to drive
long-term partnerships. · Comprehensive knowledge of
