Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 per year A bit about us: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Paralegal to join our dynamic legal team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive legal support to our team of attorneys, including conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, managing case files, and assisting in trial preparation. This position is permanent and requires a commitment to excellence, a passion for the legal field, and a strong understanding of legal principles and practices. Why join us? Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive legal research on relevant laws, regulations, and legal articles to assist attorneys in case preparation. Organize and maintain documents in a paper or electronic filing system. Draft legal documents such as contracts, affidavits, and pleadings under the supervision of an attorney. Gather and arrange evidence and other legal documents for attorney review and case preparation. Assist attorneys in trial preparation by preparing case briefs, conducting witness interviews, and managing exhibits. Job Details Qualifications: A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Paralegal. Bachelor’s degree in law, paralegal studies, or a related field. Paralegal certification is a plus. Strong knowledge of legal research techniques and legal terminology. Proficiency in using legal research software and other legal databases. Excellent organizational skills with an ability to think proactively and prioritize work. Interested in hearing more?
