Job Description Job Description 10-4 Logistics USA seeks recent CDL-A graduates to operate regional dry van routes east of I-35. This entry-level role is intended for drivers who have completed truck driving training and are seeking steady, no?touch freight assignments on a regional schedule while representing the company professionally at customer locations and on the road. Compensation: $70,000 to $80,000 per year Home time: Two days every other week Area of operation: Routes east of I-35 Equipment: Late?model Freightliner tractors; automatic; fully equipped Freight: Dry van; 100% no?touch Primary responsibilities Safely operate Class A commercial motor vehicles in accordance with DOT regulations and company policies. Transport dry van freight on assigned regional routes east of I-35 according to assigned schedules. Perform thorough pre?trip and post?trip inspections; promptly identify and report defects or maintenance needs. Maintain accurate driving logs, inspection records, and required maintenance documentation in accordance with regulatory and company standards. Communicate professionally and promptly with dispatch and follow customer delivery instructions and schedules. Represent 10-4 Logistics USA professionally at customer sites and during interactions on the road. Minimum qualifications Valid CDL?A license. Completion of at least 120 hours of truck driving school within the last 12 months. Minimum age: 21 years. Ability to meet DOT medical and regulatory requirements for commercial drivers.
