Position Summary As a Warehouse Associate (Flex Associate), you’ll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring that our warehouse runs smoothly and efficiently. Your role will involve a mix of hands-on tasks and problem-solving, making it an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys variety in their workday. Key Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments with accuracy and attention to detail. Organize and maintain inventory to ensure efficient flow of goods. Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to company standards. Operate warehouse equipment safely and effectively (training provided if required). Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals. Required Skills and Qualifications Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a warehouse or similar environment. Attention to Detail: Ability to accurately process and handle inventory. Physical Stamina: Comfortable with physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
