Job Description Job Description Job Requirements:Requirements •Minimum of 2 years of CDL A tractor-trailer experience and/or 100,000 miles OTR/Regional preferred •Minimum 1 year of OTR and reefer experience highly preferred •Current DOT Medical Card and be able to pass pre-employment DOT drug and criminal background screen •Hold a valid Class A Commercial Driver´s License, with air brakes endorsement. •Reefer experience preferred but not required •Experience delivering to foodservice warehouses preferred but not required •Be in excellent physical condition and be able to stand, sit, kneel, bend, lift, push, pull for extended periods and have normal use of senses •Able to work in all types of environments and under difficult conditions; hot, cold, dust, indoors, outdoors •Legally eligible to work in the U.S. •Must pass pre-hire drug screen and physical •Be able to lift, push, pull 65 pounds with no assistance Job Description:Work Schedule •Monday-Friday or Sunday-Thursday; 5 day work week; home every weekend •Start times vary, typically between 5am-1pm •Uniforms provided at no cost •Dock deliveries, drop & hook, some backhauls and live-unload deliveries •Option to unload for additional income or hire lumping service •Park truck at the Sheboygan Falls, WI domicile •Must be flexible with work scheduleResponsibilities •Backing in and out of docks •Drive CDL trucks to transport materials and equipment to specific route destinations •Provide excellent customer service •Checking mechanical aspects of the vehicle •Reporting maintenance/repair issues on tractors and trailersWage Range: $95000.00 per year - $105000.00 per year Annually USDGeneral Description of Benefits: BenefitsPTO (Personal and Vacation Days)Benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision, and Voluntary Life); cost as low as $8.67 bi-weekly24/7 virtual doctor visits at no costPaid Holidays401K with company matchProfit-sharingFlexible spending accountsDisability, life insurance, critical illness insuranceFertility and adoption assistanceTuition reimbursement
