Job Description Job Description Warehouse Inventory Supervisor - Bilingual - Elgin, IL $50,000 to $55,000 Annually Plus Benefits Position Summary: The Warehouse Inventory Supervisor coordinates all material/inventory movement—into warehouse locations—is executed accurately, efficiently, and consistently within the ERP system. This position is hands-on and operational, combining daily supervision of warehouse staff with direct responsibility for inventory accuracy, system transactions, and process discipline. Success in this role requires strong leadership on the floor, deep understanding of inventory control principles, disciplined ERP usage, and the ability to identify and correct breakdowns in processes before they impact customers, or financial results. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Supervise and coach warehouse team members to meet productivity, accuracy, and safety expectations. - Train employees in warehouse procedures, inventory handling standards, and proper ERP usage. - Own and oversee all warehouse inventory operations, ensuring accurate and timely movement of materials from inbound receipt through outbound shipment. - Maintaining relationships with internal customers, reviewing performance to ensure we are always improving. - Ensure all inventory transactions—including receipts, transfers, adjustments, and shipments—are correctly and consistently executed in the ERP system. - Lead cycle count programs, investigate variances, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurring discrepancies. - Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment in compliance with company policies and safety regulations. - Monitor warehouse and inventory performance metrics, identifying risks, trends, and improvement opportunities. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce errors, improve efficiency, and strengthen operational reliability. - Other duties assigned and willingness to help in other departments Qualifications - 2 years of warehouse experience including inventory - 1 years of lead or supervisor experience - Bilingual – Spanish and English - Strong knowledge of warehousing key performance indicators (KPIs) - Computer literacy in word, excel and ERP - Verbal and written communications skills - Ability to lead, manage and motivate staff Benefits - Comprehensive health, dental and vision insurance - Long-term disability insurance - 401k with company match - 15 days PTO 10 paid holidays
